This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When this website is accessed, information is automatically collected in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits:

Browser type and version
Operating system used
Referrer URL (previously visited page)
Hostname of the accessing computer
Date and time of the server request
IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of my website.

The transfer of data to Netlify in the USA is carried out on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You will find further information in Netlify's privacy policy.

03Contact by email

If you contact me by email, your information, including the contact details you provide, will be stored by me for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. I do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). Your data will be deleted once the inquiry has been conclusively processed and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

04Appointment booking via Calendly

For booking free calls and appointments, I use the service Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Ste 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). When you book an appointment, the following data is transmitted to Calendly:

Your email address
Any further information you enter
Requested appointment

Calendly is a US-based provider. The transfer of data to the USA is carried out on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You will find further information in Calendly's privacy policy.

The use of Calendly is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment scheduling).

05Google Fonts

For the consistent display of fonts, this website uses Google Fonts, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts directly from Google servers. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Google. According to its own information, Google does not store this data in a personally identifiable manner and does not merge it with other data.

The use is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I have a legitimate interest in the consistent and appealing display of fonts.

06Cookies & tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools such as Google Analytics. No data is transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes.

Technically necessary functions (e.g., saving your mobile menu setting) are carried out exclusively locally in your browser. This data is never transmitted to a server. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

07Newsletter

On the contact page, you have the option to subscribe to my newsletter "Magdalena's Voice." For this purpose, only your email address is collected.

Subscription is voluntary and based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time — via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by email to hallo@roxnova.de.

Your email address is used exclusively for sending the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted as soon as you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

08Social media links

This website contains links to my profiles on social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram). These are ordinary links — not social media plugins. When you click on the links, you will be redirected to the respective platform. Only after you click can data be transmitted to the respective provider.

As long as you do not click on the links, no data is transmitted to the social networks. Responsibility for the data processing after clicking the link lies with the respective platform operator.

09SSL / TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in the browser bar.

When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to me cannot be read by third parties.
