I founded Roxnova because I ran out of patience.
Patience with software that's too complicated. Patience with consulting that still hasn't delivered an answer after three months. Patience with the unspoken assumption that women 35 and up are too late to take AI into their own hands. That's not true. You're right on time.
Roxnova didn't grow out of a business idea, but out of a very concrete pain. I was a homeowner building a house, drowning in PDFs, emails, and WhatsApp messages — and I couldn't find an app that turned the chaos into order. So I started building one myself. That building-records app became Pin & Done. And Pin & Done led to a realization: there are thousands of small problems that no one solves — because the big software houses can't make money on them and the small service providers don't have the time.
AI takes tasks. It doesn't take worth. But it forces us to know more precisely where our worth lies.
Today I build Pin & Done and the PDF Nischenfinder, I'm writing "The AI Conductor", I give trainings for tradespeople, clubs and associations, and solo professionals — and I'm working to be a voice for AI with heart in the German-speaking region. This isn't marketing. It's my mission.
