A book and an online course for women in the AI workplace. Currently available only in German — an adapted English edition is in development.
"The AI Conductor" — in German "Die KI-Dirigentin" — is my main work. It was written for the women I have met in association meetings, in waiting rooms, in family kitchens — women between 35 and 60 in non-technical roles, who sense that something is shifting in their working lives.
It's not an AI manual. It's a book about holding your worth while artificial intelligence redefines what work means. The book follows fourteen women through scenes from their everyday lives — a building authority, a parish, a tax office, a bakery, a hospice — and asks one question: what remains when the machine can do it all?
The future does not belong automatically to the loudest, the youngest, or the most technical. It often belongs to those who recognize a shift in time, take it seriously — and create a new place for themselves from it.
The book is written in German because it was born from the German-speaking professional reality I work in every day. A direct translation would lose too much — the cultural specifics, the regulatory references, the voice. So instead of translating, I'm writing an English adaptation from the ground up, for an English-speaking readership.
